Mosko Moto is looking for seasonal help from an extroverted adventurer who loves to ride on two wheels.
This role is primarily responsible for effectively communicating with customers and processing warranties. Successful performance requires technical product knowledge and promotion of Mosko products and their functionality and fitment.
Key Responsibilities
Order processing is a large percentage of this role related to more complex processes. Answer calls and retrieve messages from voicemail regarding requests for products and/or orders. Answer email inquiries about products' technical features, availability, and other information. Inform customers of shipping dates/anticipated delays, fitment, and any additional information needed by the customer. Be able to recommend the purchase of additional merchandise based on knowledge of complete product lines, features, set-up limitations and/or functionality, and intended style combinations.

About The Team
Our growing 20-person in-house team includes decades of design experience for top outdoor brands, extensive knowledge of sourcing and manufacturing, finance, sales and marketing, customer service, and a lot of motorcycle riding. Everyone at Mosko rides; everyone has a bike. We ride big bikes and small bikes, always with a ‘dirt-first’ mentality.
Compensation
Hourly rate: $20-25 DOE
Location
This seasonal role will be 3-4 months based at Mosko HQ in White Salmon, Washington. This position can be remote on PST.
